BIPOC Relationship Therapy in Chicago
At Confluent Relationship Therapy, Sara provides services for all BIPOC relationships including black, brown, indigenous, and all people of color! This includes: Latinx, Asian American and Pacific Islander, Native American, and all multicultural relationships. Sara utilizes culturally sensitive approaches that respect cultural diversity.

Confluent Relationship Therapy is inclusive to all and operates from an anti-oppressive and anti-racist mental health lens. Although Sara understands she does not have the same lived experiences as people of color, she identifies as a culturally competent and culturally aware therapist. She has extensive experience in helping couples and relationships from many diverse cultural backgrounds, and also continues to learn from client experiences.
“Tolerance and justice are not merely morally desirable ends, but tools which underpin society and enable it to function. In other words, tolerance and justice are not abstract concepts but expressions of culture in practice.“
—Dr. Nafis Sadik
